A designer who reads the support tickets

I started as an illustrator for science textbooks, which taught me to explain complicated things with as few marks as possible. That habit followed me into product work.

Today I help small teams find the one screen that matters, design it until it is boring, and build the system that keeps the rest consistent.

Experience

  1. Independent, Studio Vance

Product strategy and design systems for health and climate startups.

  2. Lead designer, Parcelwise

Grew the design team from two to fourteen and shipped the courier app.

  3. Product designer, Orrery Labs

Data tools for astronomers, and my first design system.
