Billing questions

Who counts as an editor?

Anyone who creates or changes a file in a paid project during the billing period. People who only view, comment or inspect code are free, however many you invite.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, at any time. Moving to yearly applies a prorated credit for the rest of your month. Moving back takes effect at the end of your yearly term.

What happens to my files if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Files beyond the Sketch limit become read only until you archive some or upgrade again.

Do you offer invoices and purchase orders?

Atelier customers can pay by invoice with 30 day terms. We accept purchase orders for any yearly plan above 20 editors.
